Flhor Zelaya Ontreras | 18 Rabbit (18 Conejos)
From starting her first farm at the age of five, Flhor has always been dedicated to organic farming. Now, as an adult, she manages an all-female cooperative and operates her farms using biodynamic methods. Flhor is deeply committed to ensuring the sustainability of the land. She has obtained a Biodynamic certification, ensuring that her farming practices not only exclude chemical pesticides and fertilizers but also prioritize the preservation of the ecosystem during coffee planting. The coffee profile features an aroma with notes of sweet and pleasant chocolate, medium body, citric acidity, fruit flavor, nuts, and a sweet, balanced caramel aftertaste.
